Biswanath Chariali: Lokra Battalion of Assam Rifles conducted an insightful and motivational lecture commemorating one year of Operation Sindoor for the students of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Lokra and Assam Rifles High School Lokra on Monday. The event was organized at Lokra with the aim of educating and inspiring young minds about the valour and achievements of the Indian Armed Forces.

The lecture primarily highlighted the story of gallantry, courage and unwavering dedication displayed by the Indian Armed Forces during Operation Sindoor. It showcased the success and operational supremacy achieved through meticulous planning, teamwork and indomitable spirit of the troops. The session included impactful videos and real-time footage depicting brave actions and heroic efforts of Indian forces, providing students with a vivid understanding of military operations and sacrifices made in the line of duty.
The lecture proved to be highly insightful and engaging for the students, instilling a sense of pride, belongingness and deep respect for the Armed Forces. It also motivated many students to aspire towards a career in the Armed Forces and contribute towards the nation. The initiative reaffirmed Assam Rifles’ commitment towards nation building by fostering awareness, patriotism and inspiration among the youth, while strengthening the bond between security forces and the local community.
