BHB College Undergoes Academic and Administrative Audit for 2023–24

Bajali: The Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) team visited B.H.B. College, Sarupeta today to evaluate the institution’s academic quality and administrative performance for the academic year 2023–24. The audit, mandated by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), aims to enhance institutional quality through systematic review and constructive feedback.

The visiting peer team comprised Professor Jagadish Sharma (Department of Sanskrit, Gauhati University) and Professor Dhrubajyoti Sahariah (Department of Geography and IQAC Coordinator, Gauhati University). The team inspected the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), visited various departments, and interacted with faculty members. They also attended presentations from the Principal and different functional cells of the college.

An exit meeting was held following the audit visit. Dr. Nayan Jyoti Das, Principal of BHB College, delivered the welcome address, while the session was hosted by Dr. Purabi Talukdar, Assistant Coordinator, IQAC.

Professors Jagadish Sharma and Dhrubajyoti Sahariah shared their observations and suggestions for further improvement. Dr. Dipul Talukdar, IQAC Coordinator, addressed the peer team, and Dr. Dipti Kalita, Academic Coordinator-cum-Vice Principal, joined faculty members during the session.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Biswajit Deka, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics.
