Saha Unveils Statues of Vivekananda, Netaji at Agartala Programme

AGARTALA, Sept 11: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha attended a programme at the NSRCC in Agartala where statues of Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose were unveiled alongside a mega blood donation camp.

Speaking on the occasion, Saha said the statues of the two national figures would inspire the younger generation to uphold patriotism, service to humanity and dedication to the nation.

He also appreciated those who voluntarily donated blood at the camp, describing their contribution as an expression of humanity, compassion and social responsibility.

Saha said he was proud to be part of the programme and noted that the ideals and contributions of Vivekananda and Netaji continued to inspire generations to work for the welfare and progress of the nation.
