Nagaon: Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma today campaigned for BJP candidate Devashish Sharma for Nagaon Lok Sabha by-election at Raidengia Boribazar playground in Batadroba. Addressing a large election rally, the Chief Minister launched a scathing attack on the Congress and its Nagaon candidate Sibamoni Bora. “Sibamoni Bora is a ‘nimati kainya’ (silent bride). In the last 5 years, I have not seen her speak a single word in the Assembly. It seems as if speaking will cost money,” he said. He termed Congress as a “pump-less football with no work.”
