Biswanath Chariali: Assam Rifles successfully conducted a two-day Career and Skills Development Workshop for Women on 09 and 10 March at Government Model College, Balipara, stated a press release. The initiative aimed to empower young women by enhancing their career awareness, professional skills and confidence, enabling them to explore diverse opportunities for personal and professional growth. During the workshop, participants were provided valuable insights on career planning, personality development, communication skills, leadership qualities and entrepreneurship opportunities.
