DPS Duliajan’s Satyam Yadav Wins Bronze at CBSE National Athletics Meet

Duliajan: The DPS Duliajan community is celebrating a proud sporting milestone after young athlete Satyam Yadav clinched a bronze medal in the Under-14 category at the CBSE National Athletics Meet, held from September 10 to 13 at Sant Atulanand Convent School, Varanasi.

Competing against some of the best student-athletes in the country, Satyam’s stellar performance earned him a hard-fought third place. His feat holds added significance as DPS Duliajan was the only school from Cluster 1 to secure a medal at this prestigious national-level competition.

Teachers, coaches, and fellow students hailed Satyam’s determination, discipline, and perseverance, calling the victory an inspiration for the entire school. The management credited the achievement not only to Satyam’s grit but also to the constant guidance of the Principal, Vice-Principal, and Headmistress, who have been instrumental in nurturing a strong sporting culture on campus.

In a joint statement, the coaching staff and sports department expressed their joy: “We are immensely proud of Satyam and this wonderful achievement.
