In his address, Dr. Dutta emphasized the urgent need for resources that equip teachers to foster all-round development—emotional, social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual—among students. Referencing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, he noted that the book is designed to help educators embrace experiential, competency-based, and holistic learning models suited for the 21st century.
The book explores diverse themes, from questioning outdated teaching methods to leveraging smart technology, blended learning, and AI in classrooms. It also covers assessments, behavioural standards, physical and mental health education, and the application of major learning theories.
“Teachers, administrators, and policymakers alike will find strategies to design effective learning systems that balance tradition with innovation,” Dr. Dutta remarked.
