Guwahati: Education Minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu today launched a new educational website, FLN Hub, at Janata Bhawan, Dispur. The inauguration followed a meeting with the All Assam BRP Forum in the Education Minister’s conference hall.
The launch event was attended by senior officials, including Director of Elementary Education Suranjana Senapati, Executive Director of Samagra Shiksha Assam Sanjay Dutta, State Program Officer Rebati Mohan Kakati, and Deputy Director of Elementary Education Tabassum Jawahary.

The FLN Hub has been developed by Chandan Kumar Das, a teacher at 848 No. Rahampur Primary School and Resource Person of Barpeta Education Block. Designed as a comprehensive repository, the website hosts teaching-learning materials and audio-visual resources related to Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

Officials expressed optimism that the platform will significantly contribute to strengthening foundational education in Assam. The website features diverse content, including sports-integrated learning modules, oral language development activities, decoding techniques, action songs, and “Teaching at the Right Level” resources.
Additionally, the portal offers links to key policy documents such as the National Education Policy, Right to Education Act, Nipun Axom, Nipun Bharat, Vidyaprabesh, and the Academic Calendar, making it a one-stop hub for educators.
