Dhubri, March 21: As the country celebrates Eid al-Fitr on March 21, devotees in Dhubri began the day with early morning prayers, marking the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan.
A large congregation of around 10,000 people assembled at the Eidgah ground in Ward No. 11, making it one of the most significant gatherings in the region. Worshippers from across the town as well as nearby areas participated in the prayers, reflecting a strong sense of unity and devotion.
The Eid sermon was delivered by Maulana Abdul Rashid, who addressed the gathering at the Eidgah Maidan. Following the prayers, people exchanged greetings and embraced one another, celebrating the festival’s values of togetherness, charity, and gratitude.
