NAMSAI, Sept 6: Arunachal Pradesh Health and Family Welfare Minister Biyuram Wahge and Namsai MLA Zingnu Namchoom laid the foundation stone for a new Blood Bank facility at the District Hospital, Namsai.
The facility is expected to strengthen emergency and blood transfusion services at the hospital and improve timely access to blood for patients requiring transfusions.
During the visit, Wahge inspected the CT Scan Room, Oxygen Plant and Mortuary and reviewed the hospital’s existing infrastructure and healthcare services.
The Minister appreciated the hospital management for its efforts amid high patient footfall and assured the authorities of continued government support to further strengthen healthcare infrastructure and services at the hospital.
