UDALGURI-SONITPUR, Oct 8: A Health and Welfare Camp was organised at the Khairabari Block Development Officer’s office in Udalguri district on Thursday under the Sewa Sankalp Abhiyan of the district administration.
The Health Department joined several other departments at the Sewa Setu Abhiyan Camp to provide medical services and assistance to beneficiaries.
Bhargaw constituency MLA Maheswar Boro, accompanied by Bhergaon Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar) Ringkhang Mushahary, visited the health camp and interacted with the healthcare personnel providing services.
A total of 567 beneficiaries received healthcare services at the camp. Twelve doctors, including specialist doctors from Udalguri Civil Hospital, provided consultations and treatment.
Dr Bhagirath Dey, Dr Narendra Barua, Dr Hiranya Goyary, Dr Panjamuthi Boro, Dr Samir Hussain and Dr Kunal Das were among the specialists who attended the camp.
