Linoka K Achumi was crowned Miss Nagaland 2025 at a spectacular grand finale held in Kohima on Thursday evening, drawing thunderous applause from a packed audience attending the Hornbill Festival celebrations. The annual event, which showcases the state’s finest young talents, unfolded in an atmosphere filled with festive energy, cultural pride and creative expression.
Organised by the Beauty & Aesthetic Society of Nagaland in collaboration with the Departments of Tourism and Higher Education, the pageant blended traditional Naga heritage with modern presentation, offering a vibrant platform for contestants to display their grace, confidence and artistic abilities.
Linoka stood out throughout the competition, securing two additional subtitle awards — Miss Multimedia and Miss Talent — which cemented her position as one of the evening’s most accomplished participants. Her impressive performance resonated strongly with the judges and audience alike, ultimately earning her the coveted crown.
Bendanliena was named the first runner-up, while Christina H Yeptho secured the second runner-up title, rounding off a ceremony that reflected both the unity and aspirations of the Naga community.
The 2025 edition of Miss Nagaland shone brightly amid the wider Hornbill festivities, celebrating beauty, culture and the emerging ambitions of young Naga women stepping confidently onto the national stage.
