Manipur to Shift Revenue and Employment Services to e-Seba Portal from May 11

Imphal, May 6: The Government of Manipur has announced that all applications for Revenue Certificates and Employment Exchange services will be processed exclusively through the e-Seba Manipur portal from May 11, marking a significant shift towards a unified digital service delivery system.

According to an official public notice, the new portal has been designated as the single online platform for accessing a range of government services, effectively replacing the existing e-services system. Under this transition, key services of the Revenue Department—including domicile, income, OBC, permanent resident, SC, and ST certificates—will be made available solely through the e-Seba platform.

In addition, Employment Exchange services such as fresh registrations, renewals, qualification updates, transfer of registration, and applications for job vacancies will also be integrated into the new system.

The government clarified that the current e-services portal will cease to accept new applications from May 11. However, applications already submitted through the old system will continue to be processed, particularly in cases where certificate issuance remains pending or incomplete.

Officials stated that the initiative is aimed at enhancing efficiency, improving transparency, and ensuring easier access to essential public services by consolidating them under a single digital interface.
