KOHIMA: Nagaland-based Kikonik Tech Pvt. Ltd., founded by entrepreneur Yanpvuo Kikon, has won the “Innovative Social Booking App of the Year” award at India Startup Week 2026.
The event was held from August 21 to 23 at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, bringing together startup founders, investors, incubators and ecosystem enablers from across the country.
Kikonik Tech was recognised for its innovation in the social-booking sector. The company has developed a user-centric and scalable platform connecting consumers with service providers.
Kikon, a serial entrepreneur, has founded and developed several startups, ventures and franchises. He also mentors emerging entrepreneurs at the YouthNet Incubation Centre, supporting young founders from Nagaland and the wider Northeast.
The award marks a milestone for Kikonik Tech and highlights the growing participation of entrepreneurs from the Northeast in national startup platforms.
