Noah Schnapp urges fans to ‘slow down’ as Stranger Things enters final week

Entertainment, Dec 28: As Stranger Things approaches its conclusion, actor Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, has urged viewers to slow down and fully absorb the final moments of the globally popular series.

In an Instagram post marking the show’s final week, Schnapp shared a collection of behind-the-scenes photographs and reflected on the journey of the series. He encouraged fans to take time to revisit favourite scenes, engage in discussions online, and share the experience with friends.

“As we head into the final week of Stranger Things, please take a moment to really soak it in,” Schnapp wrote, adding that the rituals surrounding watching the show often hold deeper meaning than viewers realise.

The actor also highlighted the strong sense of community that has grown around the series, describing both the cast and fans as a “family”. He said witnessing connections formed among viewers, online and offline, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his time on the show. Emphasising its core themes, Schnapp noted that connection and acceptance remain central to Stranger Things’ enduring legacy.

Season five, volume two of the series was released on Netflix on December 25, following volume one’s debut on November 26. The final episode, titled Stranger Things: The Finale – The Right Side Up, is scheduled to stream at 8 pm ET on December 31.

Netflix has confirmed that the concluding episode has been slightly extended and will now run for two hours and eight minutes, marking the end of one of the most influential sci-fi series of the past decade.
