Biswanath Chariali: Tanishtha Bora, daughter of Biplab Bora and Rimjhim Bora, residents of Bahuwabari, Sootea has brought laurels to Sootea and to the state by winning a gold medal in the 2nd Federation Cup 2025-26, 3rd Kids Champion of Champions & Open selection Trials for Taekwondo for 20th Asian Games held at SMS stadium, Jaipur, Rajasthan from January 18 to 23. Tanishtha managed to win a gold medal defeating her opponent on Tuesday and qualifies for participation for the Asian Games.
