Guwahati, Sept 3: Tea lovers in Guwahati will get an opportunity to explore the heritage, diversity and wellness aspects of Indian tea as the Tea Board India brings its Tea Experience Events to the city on September 5, 2026.
The event, organised as part of the India Tea Wellness Campaign, will offer visitors an experience tracing tea’s journey from gardens to cups while highlighting its craftsmanship and role in everyday life.
The campaign will be held at the Walking Zone in front of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) office in Khanapara and Sati Radhika Shanti Udyan in Uzan Bazar from 5 am to 9 am. A special morning tea experience will combine tea, wellness, nature and shared moments.
The campaign will also highlight tea’s role in conversations, friendships, family gatherings and everyday pauses across India. Its central message, “The Goodness of India, Brewed for You”, will underline the connection created by Indian tea and its journey from tea gardens to millions of cups.
The campaign seeks to promote the message that the wellness of tea unites India.
