Assam Police Team to Leave for Singapore to Probe Zubeen Garg’s Death

Guwahati: A special team of Assam Police, led by Superintendent of Police Sudhakar Singh and Additional Superintendent of Police Tarun Goyal, will leave for Singapore on Tuesday, September 30, to carry out a detailed investigation into the mysterious death of popular singer Zubeen Garg.

According to official sources, the probe will cover all major locations linked to the incident, including the Pan Pacific Hotel, the yacht associated with the case, and other sites of interest. Investigators will also question individuals who had direct contact with the late singer during his stay in Singapore in an effort to piece together the exact sequence of events leading to his untimely demise.

Authorities have clarified that the scope of the investigation will not be confined to the hotel and yacht alone. The team is expected to extend its probe to medical facilities where Garg may have received treatment, as well as any other establishments that could shed light on the circumstances surrounding his death. The decision to send the team comes amid growing public demand for transparency and justice in the high-profile case.
