Assam Yoga Athletes Shine at Asia Pacific Yogasana Championship

Guwahati: Four yoga athletes from Assam have brought pride to the State by securing top positions at the World Fitness Federation of Yogasana Sports International – Asia Pacific Yogasana Sports Championship 2025, held in Kuala Lumpur.

The athletes, who trained under Trishoolin Yoga and Wellness, Guwahati, include Dhrubajyoti Patowary (Ashadeep), Ankush Thakuria (Sishu Sarothi), Akash Buragohain, and Madhurjya Talukdar. Each of them excelled in their respective categories, demonstrating skill, flexibility, and dedication.

Their achievements highlight Assam’s growing presence in international yogasana sports and reflect the success of local training institutes like Trishoolin Yoga and Wellness in nurturing world-class talent.
