HYBE India Expands Talent Hunt to Shillong, Dimapur and Kohima

NEW DELHI: South Korean entertainment company HYBE India has expanded its nationwide search for young female performers to Meghalaya and Nagaland, adding eight new destinations to its “HYBE India Audition: Final Call” initiative.

The latest round of on-ground auditions will be held in Lucknow, Dimapur, Kohima, Shillong, Jaipur, Indore, Goa and Kochi. The talent search covers vocals, rap, dance, acting and modelling for potential training and development within HYBE’s global artist ecosystem.

Online applications opened on September 2 and will remain open until October 31. Applicants seeking to attend an on-ground audition must register through HYBE India’s official audition platform and select their preferred city. Shortlisted candidates will receive venue details from the company’s casting partners.

The expansion follows the first round, which received applications from all 28 states and six Union Territories, as well as members of the Indian diaspora. HYBE India said it received applications from more than 1,650 cities across 116 countries.

Applications will be accepted through online submissions, academies and educational institutions, WhatsApp and HYBE India’s network of casting partners.

The company said the latest round was aimed at widening its reach and identifying performers who could be developed for international audiences.
