Jaipur: Jaipur Rugs, a global leader in craftsmanship and social enterprise, has announced the commencement of Rug Utsav 2025—a vibrant festival of artistry, culture, and impact. Beginning September 3, the event showcases an extraordinary curation of over 14,000 handmade rugs, blending India’s rich weaving traditions with contemporary design. This year’s edition features signature collections such as Alam, Genesis, Savana, Concoction, Wunderkammer, Caliedo, Clan, Basis, Lacuna, Erbe, Indusbar, Nomadic Threads, Acar, and Contour. A major highlight is the award-winning Manchaha collection, with nearly 200 one-of-a-kind rugs woven directly from the imagination of rural artisans, each narrating a personal story. Collectors will also find treasures in 2,000 Vintage rugs (30–50 years old) and 250 Antique rugs (over 100 years old), making it one of the largest rug showcases in the world. In a bold consumer-first move, Jaipur Rugs is offering up to 60% off across its entire range for the first time, making globally acclaimed designer rugs more accessible to art lovers and collectors. “Rug Utsav is not just a design showcase—it’s about dignity, legacy, and purpose,” said Yogesh Chaudhary, Director, Jaipur Rugs. “By offering these masterpieces at unprecedented prices, we’re not only bringing art into homes worldwide but also supporting the artisans who create them.” True to its ethos, Rug Utsav 2025 ties commerce to community. Proceeds from this year’s festival will fund healthcare and clean water projects in rural weaving regions, directly benefitting thousands of artisan families. Rug Utsav 2025 is open at Jaipur Rugs’ flagship stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Raipur, Jaipur, Gujarat, and Bangalore, as well as online at the Jaipur Rugs website.
