Dhubri: The District Karate Association of Dhubri organized the District-Level Karate Championship 2025 at the conference hall of Dhubri Police Reserve. A total of 93 students from various clubs across the district participated in the competition.

The championship was held across four categories. The winners of this important district-level event will qualify to participate in the upcoming zonal competition at Bongaigaon, and later, in the state-level championship. At the end of the competition, prizes were distributed among the four winning players. The program was attended by Dr. Debomoy Sanyal, Chairman of Dhubri Municipal Board, the former president of Jhagrarpar Gaon Panchayat, along with several other distinguished guests. This was informed by Association President Ramakan Singh and General Secretary Sahjahan Ahmed.
