Nagaon: The Rotary Club of Nagaon successfully organised the Rotary Premier League 1.0, marking the first-ever Rotary-led box cricket league in Nagaon. The three-day tournament was held recently. The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation, strong spectator turnout, and competitive cricket, making it a landmark sporting initiative for the town. The league aimed to promote fellowship, sportsmanship, and community engagement through sport. After a series of thrilling matches, Seven Brothers emerged as the Champions of Rotary Premier League 1.0. The winning team was led by Captain Gurdeep Singh, whose leadership and team coordination played a crucial role in their success. Yashoo Riders finished as the Runners-Up, earning wide appreciation for their consistent and spirited performance throughout the tournament.

The event was held under the leadership of Aman Dassani, President, Rotary Club of Nagaon, and Mamta Agarwal, Secretary, Rotary Club of Nagaon. The successful execution of Rotary Premier League 1.0 was driven by the Organising Committee led by Vikas Surana, Chairperson, RPL 1.0, and Adarsh Singhi, Co-Chairperson, whose planning, coordination, and leadership ensured smooth conduct of the tournament. The league received strong support from its sponsors.
