BVL Plus Challenger Series Volleyball to Kick Off in Guwahati

Guwahati: The BVL Plus Challenger Series Volleyball is all set to begin on Saturday at the Guwahati Volleyball Coaching Premises, marking a significant step in promoting competitive volleyball in the region. Organised under the banner of the Brahmaputra Volleyball League, the Challenger Series will feature six city-based franchise teams battling for top honours. The tournament aims to provide a high-level platform for emerging players aged 16 and above who have progressed through the league’s grassroots development system.

Designed as a bridge between grassroots training and elite competition, the event reflects BVL’s continued commitment to nurturing local talent and strengthening the volleyball ecosystem in Assam. The championship will be conducted in a round-robin format across both men’s and women’s categories. The top two teams from each division will qualify for the finals, setting the stage for an exciting conclusion to the tournament.
