BJP candidate Ritubaran Sarma gains momentum with marathon poll campaign

Tezpur:  The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Ritubaran Sarmah, has gathered significant momentum in the Barchalla Assembly constituency of Sonitpur district through an intensive series of election meetings

       Campaigning on the plank of all-round development under the leadership of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, he has been addressing back-to-back public meetings across various mandals of the constituency accompanied by Tezpur MP Ranjit Dutta and Biswanath MLA Pramod Borthakur, who also addressed gatherings in his support.

        Over the past two days, Sarma has attended nearly 20 campaign meetings from early morning till late evening. On Saturday, he addressed a large gathering at the Telia Gaon Yuvak Sangha stage, Jahamari Swahid Bhawan, No.1 Borpukhuri. Gerua, Bandarmari, Bahbari etc.

      Appealing to voters for support, he said his candidature was a result of three decades of dedicated service to the party. He also acknowledged the contributions of former MLA Ganesh Limbu and thanked other aspirants for extending their full cooperation. Urging voters to back him based on the government’s development record, Sarma outlined his vision for further progress in the constituency over the next five years.
